We strive to ship within 1-2 business days.
All orders will be shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada.
Your tracking number can be found in the Order History section of your My Account.
1. Free Local Pick up in Toronto, ON, Canada
We offer free local pick up service, our pick up location is at 461 Esna Park Dr, Unit 11, Markham, Ontario. Please select the pickup option on the checkout page to place your order. Orders are usually ready within 4 business hours and you'll receive an email when they're ready.

U.S customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes that may arise. Please note, delivery may be delayed if orders are held in U.S. Customs. All U.S. orders are handled by USPS once they leave Canada. For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information, please enter your tracking number on the USPS tracking website after the package arrives in the U.S.
4. Drop Shipping Policy

At checkout, please select "Dropship to End Customer" under the Shipping Method.

- Products will be shipped directly to your customer.

No invoice, samples, cards, or marketing materials will be included in the package.
- The dropship shipping fee and free shipping policy are the same as stated in #2 and 3 above.

Dropship orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned by your customer.

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery, and we will assist you with a resolution.
5. Shipping Policy
- All packages are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing addresses are complete, valid, and correct.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, delayed and damaged packages by the postal service.
