Shipping

We strive to ship within 1-2 business days. 

All orders will be shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada. 

1. How to Track Your Order

Your tracking number is available in the Order History section of your My Account page. Simply click on your order number, then on the tracking number, and you will be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the estimated delivery date and current status.

2. Shipping within Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.

3. Shipping to United States

Orders under $500 are subject to a $55 flat fee, which includes DHL Express shipping and U.S. customs processing.

We ship to the U.S. under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means we cover all duties and customs processing fees in advance. You will not be charged any additional fees when receiving your package.

Please note that delivery may be delayed if orders are held by U.S. Customs. 

4. Drop Shipping Policy

• At checkout, please select "Dropship to End Customer" under the Shipping Method.

• Be sure to enter the end customer’s full name, address, and phone number accurately.

• Products will be shipped directly to your customer.

• No invoice, samples, cards, or marketing materials will be included in the package.

• The dropship shipping fee and free shipping policy are the same as stated in #2 and 3 above.

• Dropship orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned by your customer.

• If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery, and we will assist you with a resolution.

• We have not included invoices in Dropship packages in order to protect your pricing. However, starting August 29, 2025, as the U.S. has begun charging duties even on shipments under USD 800, invoices are now required for all shipments to the United States. Therefore, we will be temporarily pausing our U.S. Dropship Service and will keep you updated with further information soon.

5. Free Local Pick up in Toronto, ON, Canada

We offer free local pick up service, our pick up location is at 461 Esna Park Dr, Unit 11, Markham, Ontario. Please select the pickup option on the checkout page to place your order. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day and you'll receive an email when they're ready.

6. Shipping Policy

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing addresses are complete, valid, and correct.
  
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, delayed and damaged packages by the postal service.
