We strive to ship within 1-2 business days.

All orders will be shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada.

1. How to Track Your Order

Your tracking number is available in the Order History section of your My Account page. Simply click on your order number, then on the tracking number, and you will be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the estimated delivery date and current status.

2. Shipping within Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.

3. Shipping to United States

Please note that delivery may be delayed if orders are held by U.S. Customs. All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL.

Updated U.S. Tariff Policy

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. De Minimis exemption is eliminated. Previously, purchases under $800 USD were exempt from duties; however, under the new policy, duties will now be applied to all shipments regardless of value.

Starting August 2025, the U.S. government has imposed a 15% duty on all Korean beauty products.

For all U.S. customer orders, a 15% duty and a customs clearance flat fee of C$20 (approx. US$15) apply.
To support our U.S. customers, Pure Raum covers these fees as follows:

Orders US$300 and above: Pure Raum covers the customs clearance fee; duty remains the customer’s.

Orders US$800 and above: Pure Raum covers both the customs clearance fee and duty. (Please note: Pure Raum only covers duties for skincare products; devices are not included.)

* All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL Express within 1–3 business days. There will be no surprise extra fees, as Pure Raum pays all duties and clearance fees to U.S. Customs on your behalf.

4. Drop Shipping Policy

At checkout, please select "Dropship to End Customer" under the Shipping Method.

Be sure to enter the end customer’s full name, address, and phone number accurately.
Products will be shipped directly to your customer.
No invoice, samples, cards, or marketing materials will be included in the package.
The dropship shipping fee and free shipping policy are the same as stated in #2 and 3 above.
Dropship orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned by your customer.
If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery, and we will assist you with a resolution.
We have not included invoices in Dropship packages in order to protect your pricing. However, starting August 29, 2025, as the U.S. has begun charging duties even on shipments under USD 800, invoices are now required for all shipments to the United States. Therefore, we will be temporarily pausing our U.S. Dropship Service and will keep you updated with further information soon.

5. Free Local Pick up in Toronto, ON, Canada

We offer free local pick up service, our pick up location is at 461 Esna Park Dr, Unit 11, Markham, Ontario. Please select the pickup option on the checkout page to place your order. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day and you'll receive an email when they're ready.

6. Shipping Policy

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing addresses are complete, valid, and correct.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, delayed and damaged packages by the postal service.
