1. Professional Wholesale Accounts

Pure Raum is a professional-only wholesale distributor specializing in Korean clinical skincare and professional aesthetic brands. Wholesale access is available to licensed estheticians, medical aesthetic professionals, spas, clinics, salons, and approved beauty businesses. Business approval is required prior to accessing wholesale pricing and professional resources.

To maintain the quality and integrity of our partner network, Pure Raum reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Wholesale pricing, educational materials, protocols, and professional resources are intended solely for approved business use and may not be shared publicly without permission.

2. Ordering & Account Policies

• There is no minimum order requirement.
• Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved accounts logged into our website.
• Orders will begin processing once payment has been completed.
• To help maintain fair inventory allocation and product availability for all partners, Pure Raum may occasionally limit quantities or decline certain orders when necessary.

3. Wholesale & Retail Policy

Approved partners may sell Pure Raum products through their own physical business location or their own branded online store/website.

To help maintain fair pricing, protect brand value, and support all professional partners fairly, we kindly ask that the following policies are respected:

Marketplace Restrictions

Selling through third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Amazon
• eBay
• Walmart Marketplace
• TikTok Shop

Unauthorized Resale

• Resale to other distributors, wholesalers, or businesses is not permitted.
  
  

Retail Pricing Policy

• All retail pricing should follow Pure Raum’s suggested MSRP guidelines.
• Excessive discounting, unauthorized promotions, or bundle pricing that may negatively impact brand positioning or other professional partners is discouraged and may result in account review.

Professional-Use Products

• Certain professional-use, treatment, backbar, sample, and tester products may be restricted from retail sale and may not be sold individually without prior approval.
  
  

Bio24h & Medipair Products

• Bio24h products are strictly for professional treatment use only and are not permitted for retail sale under any circumstances.
• Medipair products may only be sold online by specialty clinics that have been reviewed and officially approved by Pure Raum.
  Businesses that are not approved specialty clinics may sell Medipair products exclusively through their own physical (offline) business locations.
  
  

Brand Assets & Educational Materials

Marketing materials, educational content, product images, videos, and other brand assets provided by Pure Raum may not be modified, redistributed, or used without prior permission.

Policy Compliance

To help protect all professional partners and maintain brand integrity, Pure Raum reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of policy violations.
